What size skate should I buy?

We aren’t psychic but for most customers 1 size below their US shoe size fits great.


Where do I find equipment?

You may have noticed that TourHockey.com does not carry Tour equipment for sale on the site. To purchase equipment, go to our find a dealer page to locate your nearest Tour retailer or search online.


I lost a screw for my skates! Help

Our in store and online retailers offer replacement screws for all our skates.


Should I bake my skates?

You can if you want to (take off the wheels), many customers find that our skates are so comfortable that you can wear them right out of the box.


What skates should I buy?

The most expensive ones… We offer an array of skates for all levels and all surfaces at prices that can work with any budget, check out our inline hockey skates product page to learn more about which skate will suite you best.


How much are custom jerseys?

Custom jerseys range in price depending on what upgrades you include on your jersey. Feel free to call 714-232-7200 or email [email protected] to learn more.


Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a 3-month warranty on all our products. If you feel that you qualify for a warranty and have your original receipt contact our customer service and they will be happy to help you out.
